We were a bit disappointed at how long the process took from start to finish. Last time we did a conventional refinance it went much more quickly and smoothly. This time it took months to complete and hurdles that should have been foreseen by the lending team caused multiple delays.

They were very professional, polite helpful during the whole process.
I was unable to reach a couple members of the team on certain days. But that was also during a busy holiday week. That caused some minor hiccups along the way. Can’t blame them too much for taking some time off during America’s birthday. Other than that they were always quick to respond to my inquiries and fantastic to deal with. Megan was the first to reach out to me on the team, and she really set the bar high.. perhaps a bit to high for the team to follow. All in all, fantastic experience with my first home purchase.
