Overall a great experience with proactive communication. Several issues arose when Charlotte became ill and her assistants tried to pick up the slack.
Tom and Corey did a great job of making sure the whole process was easy for me. I am thankful to all that helped on the way to home ownership.

I would have my fellow vets that need their certificate of eligibility to call them just for that and nothing else, fond all of their loan personnel, especially if they are with a credit union.

“Out of 100% of houses 99% go well, and then there’s the 1% in which you fall into...” Try to do the right thing and cash in on 14 years of dedicated military service and I was shafted with every proverbial excuse/roadblock that didn’t fit to the standards of Veterans Unite Home Loans. If my friends and family were subjected to any of the same type of process I went through I would not recommend them to your organization.
