Kat was the most rude spiteful person I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with and had it not been for her I would have given perfect scores across the board. Zach is a kind and knowledgeable worker who was great to work with so my scores are fully a reflection on Kat Simons. She needs lessons on how to deal with people, not be condescending and or spiteful.

You guys the practiced Team Concept throughout the the loan process.You worked very good with me and my wife.Although it may not be feasible, it would have been better if all requirements of the Underwriters were known. Going back and forth on what seemed at times were reoccurring requirement became a little tense at times. Please stop using Equifax! Why would they be used when they have had security issues? I also understand others have had issues when it came to their scores.
Jeremy worked diligently to get our loan completed. The underwriters were difficult at best and unfortunately, Jeremy was the middleman throughout the process.
Paul Perez was more than help. Treated me like family. Couldn’t have been better.
