Communications throughout the entire process was excellent. They (the loan team) confirmed the best way to get information to me in order that the required documents were made available in a timely manner thus making the process go smoothly.
Jim McNeil was a pleasure to work with and made qualification an easy process and taught me some things along the way. But I'm not happy that my closing got pushed because the under writer had to pick up their child. That cost me time at work and threw off big plans my family had. If I'm not at work someone is there to do the job. The machine doesn't stop. Unless it's veterans united.

The whole loan process was great in every aspect. I have had loans in the past but I must say this was a very pleasurable experience. Stsff was very knowledgable and easy to wirk with. I feel like i have made new friends during the process.

I would set the time out on Esign a little longer or a message saying its about to time out. was reading some of the Docs, and it timed out on me, before I could sign.
As a first time buyer I would have liked more guidance and or explanation of the closing process.
