Due to the fact that we were doing a refinance not a home purchase, it seems a lot of the steps were not necessary- although we realize the laws have probably changed.
Adam and Jesse both went above and beyond in service as they both were intuitive and informative and when I was ill-equipped to submit certain documentation, they even sent me a new scanner/printer to expedite the processing. An outstanding performing team!!

Everybody was awesome and it went so smooth and i got in my house a week earlier than i thought i would
I was aggravated with the fact that weeks went by waiting on the seller to complete repairs in order to insure the home and close during which time nothing was mentioned about additional documents needed to close until the day before the original closing date. we should have been ready to close when the seller completed repairs as agreed upon in the contract.
