The loan took exceptionally long. Requesting information which seemed repetitive. After I sent a pay stub I had to send proof of employment? Stuff like that.
Aimee and Kristin were FABULOUS!! They helped me every step of the way and were knowledgeable about helping me through it all. I couldn't have done it without them.
The entire loan process from beginning to end was smooth and efficient. The Veterans United website was easy to navigate and utilize, provided lots of knowledge and education pertaining to the loan process which helped increase my confidence and understanding of the many pieces required for a home loan.

I was a bit of a guinea pig, in that I was the first Manufactured Home that Clarksville had done, so we did have a hiccup at one time in the process (relative to whether, or not it was req'd to have a 'Replacement Cost Estimate' done), but we worked through it and in the end - all went well!
