I understand home buying to be a stressful situation, but our situation by far took the cake. From no communication, questioning veteran status, misinformed credit information, and descrepant accusations, and insinuating false documents provided by realtor/ bank officials representing us as customers. Repeatedly sending in the same documents. And last but not least the disrespect of our realtor who graciously stood by us as she was berated for going above and beyond to help us obtain our new home.


The VU team was exceptionally helpful through the process.
