The person that did the appraisal was our biggest hurdle she was unwilling to work with us and did not work in a timely fashion she cause us to have to push our closing date back and loose my deposit on my rental truck and my help to unload the truck. Jose was excellent however and did his best. Unfortunately we were all set to go for closing until 2days before and that messed us up bad. Had I known about closing not being the set date I would have approached the situation differently but when your told you might even close earlier for weeks then get that dropped on you its hard to scramble. I would have rather been told this is your date but it might be pushed back from the get go then we need one more signature and you may not close the night before closing! It was a 4 hr drive to our closing and we had to leave at 6 am to be on time for final walk through and then close we were almost late! Also who ever is in charge of the numbers needs to pay a little more attn our morgage was 200 dollars more a month then expected due to the wrong tax information the disclosure was changed 3 times very confusing. I read it but the lady at closing had to explain it further to me so I could make sure it made sense
