This home buying process was definitely a lot easier than our last home purchase I hope to not have to buy again but if I do will definitely go thru veterans united again cause they took care of the veteran!
Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend VU to others. Having the VU app makes things easy and I did like being able to E sign things and have a to-do list helped me stay on track.
The lack of communication between the team resulted in delayed closing, frustrated buyer and one of your team tried to guilt trip the closer into scheduling when she already stated she was full on Friday. Not cool. Everyone passed the buck and no one owned up to anything. I’ve had several deals with VU and very few close on time due to this exact issue. But this one was super frustrating to the Buyer. He was flustered in the final days bc they were constantly asking for things daily. He’s a retired vet and I do not think he will ever work with VU again after this. He’s already looking into switching. Very sad.
This my third loan thru veterans united. It is one of the most easy process and their loan officers are so helpful and responsive to questions and concerns. I would highly recommend their services.
I would not recommend Veterans United. We experienced communication issues throughout and were surprised multiple times by policies that were not explained up front. For a company that claims to specialize in VA loans, we felt we got incorrect or incomplete answers on restrictions related to VA loans.
Everything was great and the process was made easy all the way. I highly recommend Veterans United. Keep the great work going and bravo zulu!

I don't know where yall found her at but I would definitely ensure she was given a opportunity to advance cause she will crush everything and be on top. She couldn't of been any better, Nina was always lighting fast with everything she was doing. If I needed to talk to someone and get answers she was ready to go and ready to handle the situation till she got answers.
