The team at Veterans United was always on top of their game. They always went above and beyond. This is our 2nd time going through them and if need be, we will do it again. Thank you.

We've worked with Casey for the second time, and his service has been excellent. He consistently maintained outstanding communication and teamwork. He helped us stay informed and ensured timely document delivery. He always answered our questions and made sure we understood. We would recommend him to friends and family and reach out to him again if we were buying a new property.

My Veterans United experience was quick and easy. I was expecting an ordeal. This has been as far removed from an ordeal as it possibly could have been. I’m so grateful for Veterans United

I would recommend Veterans United to any of my fellow veterans looking to purchase a home.

The over all team was great! Emily Cassidy was tremendous helping get the paper work and a phone call away to actually have someone to talk to and get the answers when I need them. This made the whole experience great and enjoyable instead of second guessing everything

We are grateful for Veterans United.
Every member of the Jon Beahan team, and every member of the Veterans United organization that we have encountered has been outstanding -- professional, kind, helpful, and patient.
It is without hesitation that we recommend Veterans United to other homebuyers and families!

20 day Escrow!! Killed it!

Every thing went great

Our issues started with the Hancock home appraisal that took place on June 14. Veterans United was solely responsible for setting up and submitting documents for the appraisal. The documents were not submitted in time by Veterans United (not sure who the responsible person was for this issue? Collin?) so the closing date on June 21st needed to be delayed until June 24. This caused us to extend the rental moving truck 3 days. This also caused us to secure other means of lodging for 3 nights. This also caused me to miss 2 extra days of work. While driving to the new accommodations, we had a car window broken which would never have happened if we were able to stay in our newly purchased dream home starting on June 21. We have requested reimbursement from VU for the rental truck reservation extension, travel to and from the different housing, 2 days of my work as well as the car window replacement.
Response from Veterans United
It is hard to hear you had such a difficult time with your home buying journey Joseph; this experience is not what we would have intended. While we were thrilled to have been able to close early on your home, communicating in a clearer manner the importance of reviewing your initial closing disclosure should have been a top priority. We are sorry we did not explain that by not doing an extra 3 days for TRID requirements would kick in. Unfortunely, we also cannot control how lawn mowing companies maneuver in residential neighborhoods and do not take responsibility for how other companies operate when accidents happen. Your client advocate remains available to listen and learn more about your experience and how we can show up more authentically for the people we serve.
My Veterans United home buying team was probably the greatest group of professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They made the home buying process a breeze. I am so thankful for the them and all of their hard work and dedication to ensuring a smooth process for me and my family. I would recommend Veterans United to anyone seeking homeownership as they made this process so much easier and rewarding.

You guys are great! I can't wait to refer you to my friends and family for their next home transaction.

Through life we often need help across the street. I found my home buying help with Veterans United Home Loans! From beginning through loan closing, my team was there to guide me through the process. I often called my team with questions. I got answers. What a great home buying experience. Thanks Veterans United!!
