He contacted me again noting rates had gone down further and we started the process for refinancing. As a Veteran, with a Wife and Son, Saving money is always a good thing. We couldn't be happier with Veterans United. Kim was awesome. And let's face it, you don't buy a house in a different state every day. Honestly, we thought we might not be able to get this done. Kim said, why not? And she was right. Not only was it possible, but much easier than expected. I can't imagine it being any easier than it was. I can't think of a single thing that needs improvement. I can't imagine anyone doing it better.

There is always going to be an unexpected issue pop up during the home buying process. In my opinion the biggest issue is always communication. It’s the one thing that can stop an army in its tracks and cost a battle. Craig is always so good to react and smooth out the wrinkles in miscommunication.
