The ability to submit everything besides closing paperwork online made the whole process much easier than I expected. The customer service was great and if I ever needed anything I only had to make a phone call.

Struggled getting the correct documents to the UW. Maybe a revision or training in order to improve expectations may enhance the experience for the borrower. Other than that, my team was great and very helpful and kind to me.
