They are just like any other company that pays on a commission. You are promised the Sun and the Moon in the beginning. However in sight of the end when there may be a few hurdles to jump, they don't jump.

Nate and Mark were very responsive to our needs and almost ‘nagging’ with their follow up and reminders. But we appreciated their persistence, encouragement and explanations whenever actions were necessary to ensure our loan package remained on track.
Overall, VU was great. Communication was always open, I never waited more than 12 hours when having a question answered, either by phone, email, or text message.
Everyone was extremely professional, I just wish someone would have let us know exactly what the appraiser would look for when looking at the house. That way we could have tackled the garage paint issue weeks in advance instead of rushing to put vinyl siding on it 3 days before close.
The only thing my wife and I wished for was MORE direct contact. At the end we felt like we were left out of the loop. Little things we should have been more informed about would have made it better.Even with your helpful videos, we felt a more personal touch was due.
