Zach Schmitt with Veteran's United made my VA loan seamless and very easy. He made me feel that I was his only costumer and really cares for his fellow veterans. Yes he is a veteran as well, working with veterans. Great loan specialist!! Highly recommend.
Communications and lack of knowledge seemed to be my largest concern. I was told from the beginning that doing manufactured homes was not their expertise and I was fine with that. After receiving both sets of documents and filling them out and returning promptly I continue to receive paperwork requests that seemed to be oh by the way kind of requests. I feel that if servicing a certain state or area the individual should be a subject matter expert in these regards. I'm a air traffic controller so therefore communications and understanding is the upmost of my concern. I also feel that a better informed staff will result in a better return of customer support.
