The number of forms and information required is a little excessive.
As a first time buyer I expected this to be a horrible experience from what I read and heard from other people's home buying experience. NOT THIS COMPANY !!!! Professional, proactive and they really make this easy and without stress !! THEY TREATED US LIKE FAMILY AND WE FELT WELCOMED FROM THE INTIAL CALL !! Thank you VU family !!!

I had no idea that buying a home would be so easy and uncomplicated. I was able to send all the requested documents to my loan specialist between tasks at work, in my bed at night, and from rest areas along the interstate. Offer to close in less than thirty days. Amazing!
