I have been in contact with Todd for over two years as my husband and I explored different moving options. Todd always, ALWAYS gave me quick, accurate, information and courteous attention and, believe me, I sent numerous emails over the years! In the end, we decided to stay in our current home and so did a refi of that property with Todd and Ben Lake. That process was smooth and closed timely. Both gentlement were quick to explain the process and answer questions. We were always well informed of the different stages of the refi. We would definitely refer our friends to them and were happy to find out that they do conventional loans as well as VA loans.

LOTS OF PAPERWORK BUT THIS THE NEW SYSTEM AND WELL WORTH THE OUTCOME
Our loan officer Trish Cole was knonledgeable and there were time that we didnt think that this loan would happen she would come up with creative way and suggestion to help us thru and make things happen for us.
I like the whole team effort, having a loan officer, account coordinators and being provided a local real estate agent it made the process very smooth. Our real estate agent Crystal was fantastic.
