Easy process, continued communications.
It was a complicated closing due to a large sellers concession as the seller was permitted to pay most, but not all the fees and closing costs. My team worked closely with my Title Agency to find every cost that the seller could pay saving me a significant amount of out of pocket money.
This is our 5th mortgage and by far the easiest one we have ever done. Ross, and especially Misty Spain were great to work with. The online portal is excellent! Very Very Happy Customers!
Brooks did a phenomenal job at keeping me informed on the proceedings and always had my back with negotiations with seller from his experience.
