Every aspect of this journey was handled with the utmost care, professionalism and expedience. I was thoroughly informed throughout the entire loan process. Being in the military is mostly a "hurry up and wait" process so i expected this to take at least 90 days. From start to finish i believe it was 30, give or take. My wife and i could not be happier. Thank you to everyone who played a part in making this happen.
I assumed the experiance was going to be a difficult process, but I can honestly say it was really easy. I was walked thru the whole process by the team at Veterans Unitedl. I am so glad I chose them. I would recommend them in a heart beat.
The individuals I worked with directly were superb. They were able to explain everything and were patient with me during this process. I will say that there were some problems with the uw but Mr Williams and Jake kept true to the customer and made things right!

Everything was spelled out in plain English. Tutorials for the loan process and the To-Do list were great. Email alerts for new items to provide and tasks to complete were very helpful. We were treated so respectfully and with so much warmth.
