Everything was very easy, our loan specialist Kody Gilbow was nice and helped us out a lot.
The assessor that they chose to use was exceedingly difficult to get into touch with to try and address questions. Veteran's United tried to get him to reach out to me but in the end, I was not able to get clarification on some key assessment questions.
