This could have been a really stressful time for my husband and I but between all 3 of them -this ran really smooth.Nick was also wonderful to work with -he clarified many things that I was confused about and helped me get through the documents that were needed!I cannot thank everyone enough for all of the support we received from them.

My expectation were greatly exceeded. The was very responsive to any questions I had. Their level of customer service was awesome. I highly recommend Billy and his team to anyone with loan needs.
At the beginning I was very nervous because I was going in blind. You always hear about people being scammed and I was skeptical. Once they reassured me that this was real, the emails are real, the phone number and etc. I was at ease. Once I started getting all of the documents together and calling the personnel that sent me the emails'; it was smooth sailing after that. I'm so glad that I went through the process, now I can refer my colleagues and subordinates with pleasure.

Overall, it was a positive experience. Cara was absolutely wonderful to deal with, and is the reason we went with VU in the first place. The back and forth trying to satisfy underwriter requirements became a little frustrating, mostly because after a while it started to feel that maybe the underwriter didn't understand all of the documents or maybe there was a particular reason for waiting to give a clear to close that we weren't aware of. However, everything worked out great and the timing was pretty close to our original plan so we are satisfied.
Ashleigh and Kelly were amazing. It was my first time buying a house and they helped me every step of the way. I would recommend them to anyone buying a house. Thank you.
Our loan officer did not explain things or walk us through the process. What was supposed to be a joyful and exciting time for our family was filled with frustration, anxiety, and some tears shed.
