I had disclosed from day 1 that I needed the process to be expedited and was assured it would be. In the end, they hit the same time frame that have average for all closings.

I don't think it is necessary to keep sending me mail advertisements while I am in the loan approval/close process.

They are fast and professional.

I feel there are things that slipped thru the cracks...it our appraisal.

I would have given a 10 but it seemed to take a very long time to get done.

They are efficient and they treat veterans very gracious, respectfully.

Both Zain and Aaron were great to work with. Smooth process.

I had a horrible experience with Veterans United where I had closing postponed twice due to dragging of feet or not paying attention to inspections running out. It was a big game of hurry up and wait and hear nothing then at the last minute finding out something could have been done during all the dead time so it didn't turn into another mad scramble. At signing we were still sitting around waiting for paperwork to be sent. My 2nd experience was slightly better but not great on a refinance 6 months later. Scheduling a private notary to come to my house on the date snd time provided was fruitless the 1st time. The notary called and said it was waiting on paperwork that still hadn't arrived at the time of signing again. I inquired about a property survey being done on the new property in between original signing and refinancing due to disputes with neighbors was pawned off on my realtor who didn't know what he was supposed to do about it except give some phone # of a couple good ones. I would of thought to protect the interests of us both that one would be done to make sure your loan is secured with the proper amount of ground as advertised.

Awsome

It took too long to get the final approval.

Cindy and her team are extremely professional.

I was so nervous about the whole home buying process but they walked me through the whole process.

Johnna was professional at all times and very patient

Kris and Michael worked their tails off to make settlement happen
