Overall I thought the service that Veterans United provided was excellent, but the company that handled the appraisal took 20 days to complete and send back causing us to miss our closing date and extra expenses due to hotel and extra moving truck rental.

Maggie Elliott and Danny Seitz were excellent to work with. Highly knowledgeable and eager to help and assist.

I do not know where to begin, from the start of this process full disclosure on what options and requirements were needed were not discussed. The integrity of the loan officers were called in to play several times. More questions were generated from conversations rather than answers resulting in needed follow up emails. Little to no status updates were given unless requested and even then they were vague at best.Loan documents prepared were inaccurate and nearly ended the closing prodecures. It was evident that the minimal time and attention to guaranteeing a smooth and seemless process was overlooked by the number of inaccuracies and time frames nearly missed.

Overly stressful process. We've purchased houses in the past & this was the most difficult company to work with.

It was the greatest

Only if they can secure a loan officer that will communicate on a regular basis.

My only negative is that I had to negotiate for a lower interest rate instead of being offered the lowest to begin with.

The team a signed to me was great0

Adam Crutchfield and Mark Sexton did a great job from day one, constantly kept me updated and quickly informed when they needed me to accomplish something to keep the loan process moving forward.

Overall good experience but as a 1st time buyer I though some more guidance would have been helpful. Also do not like the recommended agent system with the $200 kickback.

By far the best home buying experience I have ever had. 5 Stars!!!
