I would definatly recommend Veterans United to my family and friends and any other veterans I know. The whole team was great and they always kept my wife and I well informed during the entire process.
The home appraiser that came to my house was garbage , and rude. He was lazy and did not get in no hurry to send my appraisal back in. I know it is out of your control. But maybe that could use some work.
The team was awesome! Everyone was really helpful and genuine. I will definitely be using VUHL again!
Amanda was an amazing loan officer. She went above and beyond and was always available to answer my questions. This was such a breeze and smooth process. I would recommend it to anyone.

This was my third home buying experience and the team made everything so smooth. The preapproval process, approval, closing - through all of it the team was communicative and supportive. The app-based document uploads and communication was fantastic, and the concierge team made everything even outside of the mortgage process - like home owners insuance - a breeze.So much better than my last two transactions with a large, well-known company.Thanks for all the help!
If your Underwriters have an issue with paperwork when the spot it have them call the parties involved with the loan and tell them the problem, how they need it to be fixed, and that timeline to get it fixed to make the process more efficient and seamless meaning that closing dates will be met and no one has to scramble for the last two days before they close to get 7 things fixed that could've been fixed in the 3 weeks prior that no one contacted us the work ethic of those individuals is sloppy and negligent word of mouth information is not reliable and should not be used to relay information that is time and monetarily sensitive the two best people on our team were firstly Katy who contacted us quickly gave us all the information we needed or could give us and never failed to answer the phone when we missed a call from her and jodi who saved the loan process when the Underwriters failed to process everything and get it fixed before the closing date the communications skills in the group are lacking and need to be corrected being as it is your job also listening to the person who your team is tasked to help with the home buying process would help like if they say that email or texting is not a good method to communicate quickly and to call because of legal job restrictions you should observe that and use that to communicate more effectively and efficiently

I can't say enough about how amazing Ross, Jim and Katy were during our home buying process. I was literally amazed more times than I can count at how organized, timely and responsive everyone was.
