Great experience from start to finish. My loan officer was attentive and responsive throughout the entire process. I was able to close only a few days after my projected closing date. Even though the interest rate wasn't the lowest among the competitors, I would say the experience made up for that.
Great service although my impatient self had to wait until the afternoon for responses to my normal questions that in my mind were emergency.

John Stockstill and his team members were absolutely wonderful to work with. I put in a request for a VA loan on a home I was interested in on Trulia at around 7 or 8pm at night and within 5 minutes got a call from John to get the ball rolling. The customer service provided was incredible. So polite, courteous and helpful with all my questions and inquiries.
To many technicalities along the way... wasn’t ready for any of the process at hand... always had to keep sending in documentation over and over. Felt like I had to jump threw hoops in a circus!
