From start to finish Bill Musick and his entire team were incredible. I called after being denied and being shunned by USAA. I called Veterans United after seeing all of the helpful information in different blogs by Veterans United. Bill was incredibly informative and after rerunning my credit set me up with Schuyler from the light house program. Schuyler was able to identify the small issue and within 2 weeks we had solved it and gotten pre approved for a home loan. From there everything from contacting Bill and his team to uploading documents couldn’t have been easier. We closed on time with no hiccups. I cannot thank Bill, Schuyler and Alycia enough, because of their knowledge and hard work my wife, kids and myself are now settling in in the home of our dreams. From a business standpoint, professionals like Bill, Schyler and Alycia cannot be found every day. I want to thank them again and will continue to recommend them to every Veteran I know!

It was a long extended process & sometimes frustrating but I realize now each step had a reason for it. Great job.
Kelly and Jaclyn were extremely nice. I even received a response from Kelly on a weekend. They made this process seem unbelievably easy. When I questioned parts of an inspection Kelly made sure it was good for us. Also I needed us to close early due to going out of town and they made it happen for us. Also we never expected the beautiful gift they got us at closing. We haven't been able to hang anything yet but can't wait too.
