The reason for the 9 is that whoever reviewed the receipt for wire transfer of the gift money and reported that it had come from a different bank and a different account number than those detailed in the gift letter did not look closely at the receipt. The header of the receipt had a bank corporation name, but the routing number was for the bank noted in the letter, and the account number was identical to the one in the letter.
Everyone made me feel completely comfortable with the entire process, and genuinely cared about me and my family's need! They were very helpful and always available whenever we needed them! The entire experience was GREAT!!!
