The only thing that bothered me was duplication of paperwork. I was asked to provide statements, then they asked for releases of same exact statements I had sent.Why not just get the authorization to get info instead of asking duplication of paperwork/statements of financials and balances.

We started out in the Light House Program working with a gentleman named Thad. Thad was all around great and supportive and gave us the confidence and steps that we needed to take in order to get our credit to what it needed to be. His understanding and communication allowed us come up with a game plan, reach out to him along the way, and successfully get us to the next in our home buying process. Following Thad's steps that he mapped out for us our credit was where it needed to be in half of the time that we expected! I don't think we would be in our new home today and this quickly, if it wasn't for Veteran's United. We couldn't be more grateful for this whole experience
