Entire process was much easier than I expected. Easy 10 out of 10, super happy with everyone.
Terrible process from start to finish. Frustrating, unable to get a hold of loan team. Accused of being "angry" despite having more than sufficient reason to cancel the entire process but felt that if I did I would not have been able to close soon enough with another vendor.Won't make this mistake again.
Very thorough and professional...helped walk me through every aspect of the loan process...made it easy even for an electronic handicapped person like me!

Tim Langdon was the greatest. He was compassionate about getting me this home, late night calls if needed just to simply explain what the procedure is, and not to worry that I was going to get my house. I want to personally thank him, if he ever comes to the Bay Area. Possibly treat him and his family out to eat. I feel great thsnx to Tim and his team. I’m a home owner!!! There were way to many errors, mistakes and miscommunications throughout the entire loan process. Even after closing, the next team I worked with struggled to complete things correctly. I needed to monitor and triple review everything their teams did.
