This was my third home purchase and by far the smoothest loan process.
Professional and competent personnel.
At first, everything was going great. However, at the end of the process things went downwards fast. All has to do with the loan specialist.
The purchase process is stressful enough without your loan officer being MIA and others not following through with information in a timely manner. VU cost me money and a great deal of anxiety.

The home loan process was quick and simple. This has been by far the best home loan company I've ever gone through. The loan advisors and loan specialists were with me all the way to the end.
Matt Hadley and Colin Park were extremely helpful at answering all of our questions and ensuring we had the information we needed to move forward. Kim Duncan on the other hand was unhelpful and extremely rude, snappy, and failed to do her job on paperwork that caused delay and when we went to advise on the situation she failed to know how to resolve or even listen to actually help. The help she provided was useless and ignored what was told to her. Her emails were rude and she at the end never called when asked.
