My only complaint on the whole process was the amount of paperwork and things required by Veterans United to complete the purchase of the home. A lot of the paperwork was very redundant. And some of the paperwork/documentation that you required to close just seemed over-the-top and a tad ridiculous. I bought a home thru Navy Federal using a VA home loan just 4 years ago- and it was a much simpler process and a lot less required paperwork.
Jessica and Harley were very helpful and had answers for numerous questions. Starting the process a few states away from where we were buying our house they made the house buying experience a painless one.
This is our 2nd time using Veterans United, and we are very happy again. Will always recommend them to our friends, family and realtors.

Outstanding team
I had some issues with the underwriting department - or they did with me. There were several instances where requests, from them, for additional information or clarification were slow in coming, thus causing a considerable delay in getting to closing.
