Ashley was outstanding and kept a clear line of communication daily. She did whatever it took on her end to make this happen as quickly as possible. The team to help get your credit score up did it quick and was straight to the point.
Overall very pleased with the the time and speed to close on my new home. It seemed that most of the time it was inspections and persons not affiliated with VU that sometimes slowed the process.

There was great supporting staff there was a great time effort and energyTo get the loan to get the right house at the right place. With great experience to get this house loan done In a timely fashion, There was a lot to be done,however there was some Hick ups in the middle of the road @closing the realtor, said without an apology from my wife he would never work with us again that being said ..... we are not mentioning any names and I already Addressed it…......
