The first loan thru V.U., 4 years ago went off flawlessly, as I discovered, because my realtor handled the paperwork, getting the necessary documents to and from me as needed. This time I had a more 'relaxed" style so most everything was e-mail, seldom knowing just who I'm communicating with. I was embarrassed when I discovered one day, that the office I was traveling to was not even the office people I had been talking to. I SHOULD have been passed off to personnel more local to my location. Misty got some pretty rich anger frustration from me that was not "fully" deserved.
