

Our situation involved selling prior to buying in an out of state situation. We were preapproved w/VU and in hindsite I feel that it's important to keep ALL paperwork with you even if it's already been submitted to lender. I'd also suggest to loanee to take something other than a smart phone.Other than that, process was smooth and faster than we heard VA loans typically take.

Even though this loan took longer then expected, it had nothing to do with your services. It had to do with our getting some info the underwriters needed and I just so appreciate their patience and not giving up on us.

I think it would be easier on the buyer/buyers if there was a single point of contact, not a team. Several times where information needed to be answered multiple times to different people, on the same "team".



Thankful for Zane and his diligence in working with me to obtain all the required documents that were required to make this loan process successful.
