Easy process...of course lots of paperwork, but they guided me the whole way and just made it easy absolute friendly staff and very knowledgeable.
The process for buying a home was not as grueling as I thought it would be, and I believe a lot of it had to do with the Veterans United team.
Though it was long and arduous Johnny and Katlyn were a blessing.
The online site and the app made everything so easy

Very straight forward and simple home buying process for a first time home buyer. They made the process easy for us to understand and communicated every step of the way. They even sent us a gift basket including toys/treats for our pup that we only mentioned once! Between their easy process and Nico's attention to detail, we couldn't have asked for a better experience from this team!
Tim Tallis is very dedicated, and his professionalism is out the roof! Along with the whole team that stock with me until the end of the home buying process. This was our first home buying experience. Neil and the Team made everything smooth and easy. We got everything we wanted and a few things we didn't even know we wanted. It has been an awesome experience!
Agent was always gone. I would email, she would never answer and when I asked why she said rudely, "I can have time off you know".
