Very easy to use begginer inrerface with the ability to quickly upload important documents that re needed for closing.

The service was professional and haggle/hassle free. However, for whatever reason I could not complete the process completely online and we had to relay on UPS. Not sure which is most cost effective but the online process would have been more convenient.
