The # of docs that we had to provide more than once was very frustrating. We should have been told that the info provided was only good for 3 mths and then we had to start over once we actually found a house.Close twice for a penny - ridiculous.
They work hard on getting our loan approved and keeping us informed on how the process was going. They were all very friendly and helpful on any questions that we had along the way,
everyone was very nice and patient with me as it took over a year and a trip to many states to find my final home.
