Seth and Jake was amazing. The customer service, empathy and most importantly their genuine desire to go above and beyond spoke volumes. Each interaction was a learning experience. They were very detailed oriented and explain the entire process from start to finish. One thing that stood out was their attention to detail and be very responsive. I’ve never not once received a delayed response.

We asked nick why we could not lock in a rate at 4.00% and he said that we would have to wait. For what, we do not know?? We ended up getting our loan at 4.5%. That’s an extra $50/mo for the next 30 years!!! We were so upset and now we are watching the market so we can refinance as soon as possible. DO NOT DEAL WITH NICK SCHUSTER!!!!!
