Too long to close, problems not anticipated, credit issue came up on the day of closing, one credit issue came up the day after closing but before funding (Both were old issues)..

Here's a piece of professional advice. It's always better to have it and not need it rather than need it and not have it. This is pertaining to all documents and reports that may be required during the underwriting process that way the home buyer has no surprise requirements a week prior to closing and they don't hear the comment " well, we didn't think we were going to need it". Get it so you have it. Thank you for all of the positive that came from this experience.
