The people of Veterans United Home Loans are very knowledgeable. They went out of their way to assist us and get our home on time. They were always on top of things and was very informational as to what was needed.
I did some shopping around before I called Veterans United. All the other places I called said it would not be possible for me to get a loan. Veterans United really pulled through for me. Couldn't possibly thank your company and your team enough.
Poor communication, poor follow through, need to improve reviewing of documents. We found errors consistently all the way up to the close. Actually, on the day of close, the title company had me drive back an hour to resign documents. Wrong ones sent
