Customer service, reachability of service reps was top notch. However, I did request more clarity on explaining some of the disclosure forms. For a first time buyer, many of these are not intuitive and I found myself in situations where I was catching things that looked like mistakes (and sometimes were) on these forms. I expect VU to be the experts so I was not pleased to have to catch minor discrepencies within some of the forms.
Craig Brumfield and Rain Mitchell addressed our concerns and made adjustments where needed in an upbeat manner. This loan was a difficult one as the seller was not an easy person to deal with. They were ready to take care of any problems as they arose.Thank you to their team.
