The experience was fast and not complicated. I was going into the entire process thinking it would take a long time and digging up a lot of paperwork. The process was fast and and simple. The loan team was great they took their time to explain the entire process and answer any questions we had, they were great.
Devon and his team were clear and concise with all the information provided as well as educating my wife and myself throughout the entire process.
Only improvement would be a "closing checklist" sort of hand out. We ran into a couple of issues at the very end because we didn't remember we would need a cashiers check to close along with some other issues. Not Veterans United's fault, it just would have kept us from undue stress.

I would recommend Veterans United to friends and family, but it would be nice if there were more incentives to use Veterans United. Possibly some kind of closing cost credit or some kind of inspection credit. Anything would be nice. But I am satisfied with the overall services that were provided.
