Mike Pitts was great, he has been very helpful every time we have used Veterans United. Juliana was helpful but hard to reach. We received documents numerous times with errors and some documents were sent to our old address weeks after we moved.
Matt was very professional, very friendly, and was patient with my nerves and came up with a brilliant solution for a crisis. Definitely will recommend him to others.
