We had an excellent experience! Our loan team was not only knowledgeable but also friendly. Erich was always willing to answer any of our questions at anytime and was very helpful in explaining things to us as first time home buyers.
We didn't like that we signed our paperwork (closing documents) before we saw "final numbers". We were forced to sign while the numbers were extremely high and uncomfortable. It was very stressful hoping the numbers would go down. I would change that process. I can't imagine anybody likes it.
