Very easy process
Though the process is lengthy, the experience and help from those who help you through the process is exceptional. They are patient, kind, and knowledgeable about all the questions anyone could have.
Morgan and Alen were great. However, there was issue with underwriters regarding stupid things such as mispelling on preprinted forms provided by American Family Insurance and paperwork that should have been asked for at least 30 days before closing as the original date was supposed to be the 23rd of October. Held us up closing till the 27th. This could have been accomplished earlier to keep with original closing.
Jess was professional and responsive to all my needs. Even during a vacation she and her team stayed on top of my application. Her great attitude made her pleasant to deal with.
Once the loan went to closing it went relatively smooth.
My team was very exceptional.
The team is friendly and efficient. While I in the searching process the would check on me & make sure I had a good realtor. If I had questions they responded quickly. I enjoyed the tutorials.

Both Justine Farnen and Kayla Martin made our experience a positive when. Never judging us. We had previous financial struggles when I became sick in 2011, and we were waiting on my disability. Never did I feel judged when we had to explain any information on our “financial health” from the past. Both were very supportive.
