the closing disclosures changed by 700.00 in the time it took to sign and close. 1 week. I have'nt talked to anyone yet to find out why but it does puzzle me.

I received curtius and extremely great treatment from veteran's United.
Took a month longer then expected. A day before closing they asked me to try and get pay off amounts. A week and a half later I am still waiting on my money.

Everything was running fine until the last 2 weeks. We waited (both myself and the sellers) on the appraisal to be submitted, which was finally done on the last day on the last hour. Which made everything late. Every day I was given something “new” to do while it was in underwriting, even after receiving a conditional offer of approval. I called /emailed several times on the appraisal but no one seemed to worried to get it. We were two days late in closing and to be under contract for over 30 days and still be late, unacceptable
They were very professional and fast. They explained every detail of the process and made sure we understood everything. It was very easy to get in contact with anyone of our loan team and quickly. They made the home buying process easy
