We worked with several members of the Loan Team. Our primary Loan Team consisted of Adam and Mike Mange. They were exceptional with answering any questions we had. Also everyone was very friendly and timely in all correspondence which allowed us to close 1 week earlier than expected. We have received many personalized gifts as well which we absolutely love. We have received a Welcome mat, stamp, tshirts, gift card, and other items. We loved our experience with Veterans United!

Excellent except when there was a need to move up the closing date. That was not communicated to all personnel involved and I had to reiterate the need several times to push everyone so that the new date would be met. We did not make the date I had requested for the change but we did move the close up 5 business days. That was good but the ordeal took away from an otherwise excellent experience.
