I felt like they lost paper work I had submitted several times or they didn't actually look over the paperwork I provided before making a call to me for additional paperwork that had already been submitted. As soon as we made an offer on the house I should have had a very detailed check list of what I needed for my loan. I spent several hours collecting paperwork at last minute requests. It was extremely frustrating.

I had to send documents multiple times. Which was annoying. Whenever I was asked to send a document to them I would literally go to my email and forward the email I had already sent to them again.
I feel we were scrutinized over somethings and yet other things went by the wayside. They fought over a damnaged garage door and yet there were no smoke alarms in the whole house and they let that go. I just really think that the priorities of the underwriter really need to be looked at. The loan officer Corey Nicols was awesome. Through it all he never lost his cool with me. Even when i was ectremely frustrated he was there to assure us things would work out.
