this hole process was a mess, communication with in the company is terrible, my loan was for 143k my appraisal was 142k no one caught this so veterans united paid for the mistake well 600 of it. I never once had anyone review documents with me, I was told it would be ready to close oct 15th we closed nov 15th, they done a great job of selling your loan program but once it came down to performing and getting things done it was ridiculous. all I kept hearing was its out of my control. I probably heard I am sorry 100 times. terrible, terrible, terrible.
