My experience was overall great no complaints at all! All I can say is I’m very happy to have the team I was had. They were far superior than any team I think I could have picked myself!
The realtor you guys recommended in Colorado I think she has no idea what she is doing. She tried to charge 1k for setting up, 1k for photos and 1k for trash removal. Her cleaners was a no show and the handyman was a no show. The week the house went on the market she when on vacation
All in all was a great experience. I would certainly recommend my Va Loan Team.

This is now my second time working with Veteran's United home loans, and both experiences have been pleasant. Greg Wiele was my loan officer both times, and he is very professional and accommodating. Any questions I had about the loan, he was able to answer promptly. He also was able to creatively crunch numbers to give me the payment ranges that best worked for my budget. The loan officer team and concierge all handled me with great care, and were the best parts of a stressful home buying experience.
The whole team worked diligently to help make it happen and close the deal.
