VUHL needs to not preapprove an applicant for a VA loan until everything is verified. Like myself, I was preapproved and during the final process was told I didn't have enough time in service. That should of been the first thing to verify. Very disap

Outstanding

Steve was always helpful and very willing to explain any questions I had

Awesome service and fast turn around

Prior to or preaprove loans I think the pearson debt ratio should be established prior letting them seek a home then run into major snags to cost the individual to lose the home they chosen , I had snag that could cost me the home

very smooth process

The whole team was awesome and worked hard!!!

Started off great, Sent all the requested paperwork in and 4 days before closing was a scramble being told of how Marie Houchen dropped the ball and didn't follow through with anything... Etc. the closing date was moved 3 times, almost lost the house

Excellent Service ..I cannot imagine better support. We Closed 5 days early because everything happened like 'clockwork'

Outstanding service from beginning to end!

Everything went smoothly.

As a first time home buyer, there were things that came up that I am sure Veterans United has encountered before that they could have given me a better heads up on. Also, I didn't feel like a priority until about 5 days from closing

Ms. Moss and Ms. Ford are absolutely the best people with whom I have worked. They kept me up to date on the progress of my loan, and were able to shift priorities allowing me to close one month early.
