I don't like the fact that there isn't a rep in the local area as I had with Chase bank from my previous loan/s. Mike Mange and his team did, nonetheless, tried as best as they could to help over the phone and internet.
I could have probably done better with the rate shopping it around, but you guys put it together fairly easily.
Everything went like clockwork and we actually were able to close earlier than expected. Working with the government on anything is difficult, but they managed to get through all the red tape for my VA loan.

The experience of buying a home should be a good experience. My experience was ok up until the underwriter took over which resulted in a bitter and unnecessary experience and problems for buyer and seller causing hardship on both sides. When you have to keep sending in the same paperwork over and over.
