The level of professionalism was very impressive. Our realtor was skeptical about using a finance institute outside of the state of Georgia. But every time she had called and left a message she received a very quick response. She was so impressed with how well Sydney McFall and her team took care of me and my family that she would feel comfortable working with Veterans United again. I was so impressed with Veterans United and the Lighthouse program, that I have told other veterans that are looking to by a home that VUHL and Lighthouse program is the way to go. When communication was done for my attention my responses were met with Timely accurate assistance. One small glitch occurred during the process. Your communication and updates relieved any possible tension or worry that could have occurred.
I really enjoyed the personal experience and interaction with my Loan Officer, Gina. She always made me feel like she kept the best interest in mind for my family and not for the company, which really made me feel a personal relationship with her and Veterans United.

The process and the paper work required should be streamlined and listed on the website so that people can prepare better. But also let people know that things are not carved in stone and that there are many ways to provide the information required for the documentation to process the loan.

This has been a truly great experienced for my first time in buying a house through Veterans United Home Loans. In addition, the process went very smoothly, promptly, - efficently within a reasonable time. If I had to start the process over and over again, I wouldn't hesitate because professionals like (Mr. Stuart Walters - Lauren) makes all things work together for the good in helping their members achieved one of their greatest accomplishments in buying a new house.

I would not recommend Veterans United to service members. The VA underwriter did not ask the right questions, did not process the required paperwork in a timely manner, and blamed VA for disapproval of Loan when the paperwork was not submitted. Hopefully, this will not take over 60 days to close on a home for the next person.
Jenna Pahde and Joe Choi were EXTREMELY helpful, tolerate, and patient. They responded too and answered our questions in a timely manner.
