The only problem I had was finding the right document for the certificate of eligibility for the VA. Agents need to be able to tell Air Guard applicants where to go on the AF Portal to find the right document.

Everything was great except having to wait for termite mitigation to be completed before underwriting could start. It was required to be done by a certified professional as condition of the contract and California law, so not sure why lender couldn't take it on faith it would happen. Only makes sense that seller would take care of it as last action after moving out to coincide with closing. By lender needing to wait for the cert at that point and needing 3-4 business days, Lender action forced unnecessary delay.
